1. Services 

Christine L Roux Photography provides professional photography services, including but not limited to weddings, portraits, engagements, editorial photography, etc. Details of packages, pricing, and availability are outlined on our website and are subject to change without notice.

2. Bookings & Payments

A non-refundable deposit of [XX]% is required to secure your session date.
The remaining balance must be paid in full by [X days] prior to the session/event.
Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received and you have received written confirmation from us.
Late payments may result in cancellation or delay of services.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than [X] days before the session may be rescheduled once at no additional cost.
Cancellations within [X] days will result in loss of the deposit.
In the unlikely event that we must cancel, a full refund (including deposit) will be issued or the session will be rescheduled.

4. Image Delivery & Usage

Edited images will be delivered within [X] weeks after the session.
Images are delivered digitally unless otherwise specified.
You may not edit, filter, crop, or alter the images in any way that compromises the photographer’s style or brand.
Digital files are for personal use only and may not be resold or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

5. Copyright & Licensing

All photographs remain the copyright ofChristine L Roux Photography.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for personal use only.
We reserve the right to use the images for promotional purposes including portfolio, website, and social media unless a written agreement states otherwise.

6. Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for ensuring all subjects are present and cooperative.
We are not responsible for missed shots due to lateness, no-shows, or uncooperative subjects.
We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal items during the session.

7. Limitation of Liabilit

In the unlikely event of equipment failure, data loss, or any other unforeseen issue, our liability is limited to rescheduling the session or a full refund.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Third-Party Services

Our website may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy policies.

9. Digital Products & Prints

All digital products (e.g., presets, e-books, print downloads) are non-refundable.
Prints and physical products are made to order and may not be returned unless defective.
Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen and printer calibration.

We do not sell or share your data.
